Multi-Level Shuttle Racking (Tote & Bin)
High-throughput tote/carton AS/RS racking for multi-shuttle and CTU robots — the steel backbone of goods-to-person systems.
Multi-shuttle and CTU (container transfer unit) systems store totes and cartons at high density and deliver them to goods-to-person workstations. The racking looks simple; the tolerance budget is not. Rail alignment, level flatness and stop-position repeatability decide whether robots hit every pick face or drift into fault loops.
JISE is one of the world's most experienced manufacturers of robot-compatible tote racking: over 2 million tote locations delivered for overseas projects of leading AMR integrators, including 890,000+ positions in a single Polish project and 670,000+ in another, manufactured and installed by JISE teams.
We work directly from the robot OEM's interface drawings — rail profiles, hole pitch, leveling requirements, load per tote — and hold batch-to-batch dimensional consistency across production runs measured in the tens of thousands of components.
