Radio Shuttle Racking
Semi-automated deep-lane pallet storage: remote-controlled shuttles inside drive-in-style lanes, FIFO or LIFO.
Radio shuttle racking replaces forklift travel inside deep storage lanes with a battery-powered shuttle car. Forklifts stay in the aisle; the shuttle carries pallets in and out of lanes up to 40+ positions deep. Compared with drive-in racking, it removes in-lane forklift damage, speeds up put-away and retrieval, and supports both FIFO and LIFO operation.
It is the most cost-effective entry point into automated dense storage: one shuttle can serve an entire block, and additional shuttles scale throughput without rebuilding the rack. For cold stores, the density gain cuts refrigerated volume — often the largest single energy saving available in a frozen warehouse.
JISE manufactures the complete structure — upright frames, lane rails, guide rails and supports — with the lane tolerances shuttle suppliers require, and integrates with all major shuttle brands as well as supplying complete systems.
