The project

Hikrobot's Australian goods-to-person deployment added 140,000+ tote positions to JISE's delivery record — in the market with the strictest racking compliance regime we serve. AS 4084:2023 governs design, testing, installation tolerances and ongoing inspection of steel storage racking in Australia.

Australian end clients and their insurers routinely demand independent verification of capacity claims; self-declared load tables are not accepted.

Engineering to AS 4084

JISE's racking system capacity has been independently verified by Barrason's Group, chartered professional engineers: component testing, capacity tables and test procedures under reference series 24111305, with a Certificate of Compliance issued for the verified configurations. For the Australian project, this meant the structural file was ready before the purchase order — design review against AS 4084:2023 requirements proceeded from certified data, not promises.

Delivery

Frames were manufactured in Dongtai with batch traceability to steel certificates, packed for the long sea leg with corrosion-protected bundling, and installed by JISE crews with as-built documentation handed over for the end client's annual audit file.
