South Korea — 450,000+ Tote Locations, Multi-Site Rollout for Geek+
A cumulative 450,000+ tote positions across Korean fulfillment sites for Geek+. Multi-site rollouts test a manufacturer's logistics as much as its steel: every container must arrive sequenced for the installation plan, with zero missing components — a site crew of thirty cannot wait for a short-shipped upright.
The project
Korea's e-commerce sector runs some of the densest fulfillment operations in Asia, with next-day delivery expectations that push automation deep into regional networks. For Geek+'s Korean rollout, JISE supplied robot-compatible tote racking across multiple sites, reaching a cumulative 450,000+ tote positions.
A multi-site program differs from one mega-site: each location has its own building constraints, its own installation window, and its own commissioning date — while the racking standard must remain identical everywhere.
What JISE delivered
Standardized AMR racking frames produced in rolling batches against the program schedule: same profiles, same hole patterns, same coating spec at every site. Korean fulfillment buildings frequently operate within tight floor-load and height limits, so bay configurations were adapted per site without touching the robot interface.
Container loading plans were sequenced per site and per erection phase — frames arrive in the order the crews build them, minimizing on-site storage and double handling.
Delivery discipline
Across a multi-site rollout, a single missing component stalls an entire aisle. JISE's packing lists are generated from the project BIM/BOM data, every bundle is labeled to its aisle and bay, and site receipts are reconciled against the erection plan weekly.
The Korean program continues to expand — cumulative position counts grow with each additional site, on the same qualified manufacturing standard.
