Second mega-project for the same integrator's European network: 670,000+ tote positions for LPP's fashion fulfillment operation, delivered production-and-installation integrated. Repeat orders at this scale are the strongest evidence of batch consistency — the integrator's robots calibrate once and run across all aisles.

The project

LPP, one of Europe's largest fashion retail groups, runs its e-commerce fulfillment on Geek+ goods-to-person automation. Fashion fulfillment is a demanding profile for racking: extreme SKU counts, high tote churn, and seasonal peaks where the system runs at design capacity for weeks.

After the P3 project, Geek+ again chose JISE as the racking manufacturer for this 670,000+ tote position system — the kind of repeat order that only happens when the first delivery installed cleanly and ran without structural complaints.

What JISE delivered

Robot-compatible tote racking manufactured to the same interface standard as P3: cold-roll-formed upright frames with 50/75 mm pitch hole patterns, shelves and beams matched to the AMR fleet's lift geometry, and a powder-coated finish resistant to the abrasion of daily robot handling.

Production was scheduled in container-sequenced batches, so installation crews on site received components in erection order — at 670,000 positions, loading sequence is schedule engineering, not logistics detail.

Why repeat business matters here

AMR integrators qualify a racking supplier over months of interface engineering. Switching manufacturers mid-program means re-validating tolerances, re-teaching robots and re-auditing quality files — so a second contract at two-thirds of a million positions is the market's hardest-won certificate.

JISE supports that qualification process directly: interface drawings under NDA, first-article inspection before mass production, and project-specific FEA documentation issued for the building permit and insurance file.
