Poland — 890,000+ Tote Locations for Geek+ (P3 Project)

Our largest single overseas delivery to date: 890,000+ tote positions of robot-compatible racking for Geek+, one of the world's largest AMR fleet operators — manufactured in Dongtai and installed by JISE's own crews in Poland. Batch dimensional consistency across the full production run was the decisive requirement: robot pick faces tolerate no drift between component batches.

The project

Geek+'s P3 fulfillment center in Poland is a goods-to-person operation where AMR robots retrieve tote-loaded shelving frames and deliver them to picking stations. In this architecture the racking is not passive storage — it is the moving part of the robot system, lifted, transported and set down thousands of times per day.

For the racking manufacturer that changes everything. Shelf heights must repeat identically across every frame in the fleet, because robots calibrate once and expect every pick face at the same position. Frame weight matters to robot battery life; frame rigidity matters to safe transport with a loaded shelf.

What JISE delivered

890,000+ tote positions of CTU/AMR-compatible racking — uprights, beams, shelves and base plates manufactured at JISE's Dongtai facility on automated roll-forming lines, with powder coating to 60–80 µm on the same fully automatic line that keeps finish thickness uniform across a production run of this size.

The decisive engineering discipline was batch consistency: profiles formed on the same tooling, hole patterns punched to the robot OEM's interface drawings, and dimensional inspection held to the agreed tolerance class across months of production. Components from week one and week twenty install into the same aisle without adjustment.

Installation and outcome

JISE's own installation crews erected the system in Poland — the same teams that build our projects across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Latin America. Factory-direct installation closes the loop: any fit issue found on site feeds straight back to the roll-forming line, not through a chain of subcontractors.

The P3 project became the reference that led to repeat programs — the 670,000-position LPP project in Poland and further rollouts in Korea, the UK and Australia followed.
