Hikrobot's UK goods-to-person deployment required 220,000+ tote positions of robot-compatible racking, manufactured offshore but installed to UK site standards. What JISE delivered

Tote racking frames manufactured to Hikrobot's interface drawings — shelf levels matched to the robot lift stroke, pick-face tolerances held across the production run, and base plates designed for the site's floor-fixing specification.

JISE installation crews worked to UK site-safety requirements, with method statements and risk assessments issued before mobilization and installation records handed over with the as-built documentation.

Compliance layer

Structural verification for the project was issued as project-specific FEA documentation, and component traceability — steel certificates, coating records, batch numbers — shipped with the quality file.
