China — 8,180+ Pallet Positions, Four-Way Shuttle for Geely Auto, Xi'an (via Geek+)
Four-way shuttle racking for Geely Automobile's Xi'an operation, delivered with Geek+: 8,180+ pallet positions of dense automated storage feeding automotive production logistics. Automotive sequencing tolerates no storage faults — the rack structure carries the line's takt time on its rails.
The project
Geely Automobile's Xi'an plant automated pallet storage with a Geek+ four-way shuttle system: 8,180+ pallet positions of dense-lane racking manufactured and installed by JISE. In automotive logistics, the warehouse is part of the production line — components move on takt, and a storage fault becomes a line stoppage.
That operating profile demands what shuttle racking does best: machine-consistent put-away and retrieval at rated speed, every cycle, every shift.
What JISE delivered
Dense-lane four-way shuttle racking engineered to the shuttle interface: precision lane rails and frame structures, manufactured on JISE's automated roll-forming lines and installed by factory crews.
Rail alignment and lane tolerances were verified to the FEM 10.2.19-based project specification — the structural discipline that lets shuttles hold speed fully loaded, shift after shift.
Why it matters for export buyers
The same manufacturing standard behind China's most demanding domestic automation projects is what JISE exports. Our overseas installations in Thailand, Mexico, Brazil and beyond are built by the same lines, the same engineering office and the same installation organization that delivers for automotive production logistics at home.
Domestic scale is the export buyer's quality assurance: the tooling never idles, and tolerances are a daily habit, not a project target.
