Ongoing AGV racking program supply for Mushiny Intelligence, a leading AMR robot OEM: robot-compatible shelving manufactured to Mushiny's interface drawings across multiple goods-to-person projects. Program supply is the deepest form of OEM cooperation — the robot maker's fleet standard rides on our roll-forming lines.

The cooperation

Mushiny Intelligence builds AMR systems for goods-to-person fulfillment, and its robots carry the shelving to the picker. JISE manufactures that shelving as program supply: not one project, but a continuing flow of frames to the robot OEM's fleet standard.

This is the OEM relationship in its purest form — the integrator owns the robot and the client relationship; JISE supplies the precision steel behind it, manufactured to interface drawings held under NDA.

What program supply demands

A fleet standard admits no drift: shelf heights, hole pitches and frame geometry must repeat identically across batches separated by months, because robots commissioned this year will lift frames delivered next year. JISE holds that consistency with dedicated tooling, first-article inspection per batch, and dimensional records kept against the interface drawing revision.

Frames are powder-coated 60–80 µm on our automatic line, with adhesion to GB/T 9286 Grade 0 — built for the daily abrasion of robot handling.
